"Mr.
Gawron and his team renovated my apartment in
Eaton Square, London in 2007.
It was an extremely extensive 'back to brickwork'
renovation that required a complete gutting of
the apartment and included new plastering on all
surfaces, new drainage, new plumbing, installation
of an independent central heating system, entirely
new electrics and new carpentry throughout.
The fixtures and fittings were specced to a very
high standard and included the extensive use of
marbles, limestone, hardwood flooring and doors,
the fitment of bespoke lighting (John Cullen)
and AV (Bang & Olufsen) systems, the landscaping
of the garden (including the installation of a
custom lighting system) and the extensive use
of Venetian stucco (polished plaster) throughout
the apartment.
All works were carried out on budget, in a very
timely manner and to an extremely high standard.
Mr. Gawron and his team were very diligent in
their approach to the project and it was a pleasure
to work with such a high class and professional
team.
3 years later the first class work carried out
has meant that I have encountered no problems
with the apartment whatsoever.
